A plated champagne-paired brunch because we're over buffets

When I was first approached to do a wine brunch I immediately said no. I am not a brunch person. Lunch yes, but D.C. is a brunch city. It took some time because I needed to find the right partner. When The Watergate Hotel reached out and showed me their rooftop I knew I had found THE spot. It felt like me.

On Sunday, May 4, I’m hosting a plated champagne brunch. No buffets. A welcome reception with wine and small bites will greet you. Following the reception we will take our seats for brunch. Each course will be paired with champagne chosen by me.

The team at The Watergate Hotel presented an amazing array of champagnes to me. If you watched With Love, Meghan on Netflix and read my newsletter a few of her faves and my faves will be served.
